Google Ranking Factors 2020: Opinions from 1,500+ Professional SEOs By Raghuveer Singh Rao

About Session

In August of 2019, 1,584 professionals in the field of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) took a survey sharing their opinions on the relative use and merit of various inputs in Google’s ranking systems. In this session, Raghuveer will share the aggregated results of that survey. These factors will help the whole WordPress community. From the designer, developer, QA and SEO we all have to keep in mind these factors.

SEO Professionals believe Google has a wide variance of how ranking inputs are weighted depending on the query words used. This makes the analysis of the ranking systems vastly more challenging (as a ranking input might be very important for one set of queries, and relatively unimportant for another).

Creating Gutenberg Blocks with ACF By Imran Sayed

About Session

Gutenberg brings a powerful block editing experience with several default blocks but sometimes we may need to create custom ones. Creating Gutenberg blocks can be a challenging task as it involves writing a lot of code, even for creating a simple testimonial block. Since the process of learning JavaScript and React can be time-consuming, many developers find creating custom blocks quite complicated. Do I really need to learn JavaScript deeply to build blocks? Is there a quicker and simpler way? Well, this is where Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) come to the rescue. In this talk, Imran will demonstrate how ACF blocks feature would help you create blocks in a very simple way.

Call for Sponsors

Sponsoring a WordCamp is an incredible way to contribute to the WordPress Community. By their very nature, WordCamps are designed to be as accessible as possible to anyone who wishes to attend, and a large way in which this is realized is by keeping ticket prices as low as possible. WordCamp sponsors play a huge part in keeping WordCamps as open as the software itself.

Apart from helping keep our ticket costs accessible to attendees, your sponsorship will also allow us to provide a substantially higher quality event than what we could with revenue from ticket sales alone.

Because of these reasons, WordCamp attendees, speakers, volunteers, and organizers are known for genuinely appreciating the contributions of sponsors, as it is through their help that many in the community can be part of the event. Sponsoring WordCamp Vadodara will give you a fantastic opportunity to engage with the greater WordPress community during the event.

Sponsors join us for WordCamp Vadodara 2019 on October 12th at Lukshmi Villas Palace Banquets & Conventions and showcase your brand to the WordPress community.

Every year, our attendees include designers, developers, bloggers, small business owners, entrepreneurs, large enterprise executives, students, and educators from Vadodara and across the region.

Vadodara is known as Sanskari Nagari, A Cultured City and most sought after location for the dance known as Garba. We at WordCamp Vadodara, dedicate our love for Garba by naming the sponsorship level after the popular Garba types.
