Sponsoring a WordCamp is an incredible way to contribute to the WordPress Community. By their very nature, WordCamps are designed to be as accessible as possible to anyone who wishes to attend, and a large way in which this is realized is by keeping ticket prices as low as possible. WordCamp sponsors play a huge part in keeping WordCamps as open as the software itself.

Apart from helping keep our ticket costs accessible to attendees, your sponsorship will also allow us to provide a substantially higher quality event than what we could with revenue from ticket sales alone.

Because of these reasons, WordCamp attendees, speakers, volunteers, and organizers are known for genuinely appreciating the contributions of sponsors, as it is through their help that many in the community can be part of the event. Sponsoring WordCamp Vadodara will give you a fantastic opportunity to engage with the greater WordPress community during the event.

Sponsors join us for WordCamp Vadodara 2019 on October 12th at Lukshmi Villas Palace Banquets & Conventions and showcase your brand to the WordPress community.  

Every year, our attendees include designers, developers, bloggers, small business owners, entrepreneurs, large enterprise executives, students, and educators from Vadodara and across the region.

Vadodara is known as Sanskari Nagari, A Cultured City and most sought after location for the dance known as Garba. We at WordCamp Vadodara, dedicate our love for Garba by naming the sponsorship level after the popular Garba types.

Sponsorship Policy

  • Sponsorship prices do not include taxes. GST. Fees, as applicable, will be the charge on top of the list prices.
  • Full payment must be made before the event.
  • WordCamp Organizers do not have permission from participants to share their data with sponsors. Sponsors can collect information directly from participants at exhibit Desk.
